This fulfillment policy ensures that members and guests are well-informed about the reservation, payment, cancellation, and event attendance processes, aligning with Stripe’s requirements for clear and transparent business practices.
1. Reservation Confirmation
- All reservations for our wine dinners are confirmed via email within 24 hours of booking.
- If you do not receive a confirmation email within this timeframe, please contact us at tastevinnashville@gmail.com or 615-497-1397.
2. Event Details and Itinerary
- Detailed information about the event, including the venue address, date, time, and itinerary, will be included in the confirmation email.
- Any changes to the event details will be communicated promptly via email.
3. Payment and Billing
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- All major credit cards are accepted, and payments are processed securely through Stripe.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date are non-refundable.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances or low attendance, we reserve the right to cancel the event. In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.
5. Dietary Restrictions and Special Requests

6. Event Attendance
- Tickets and reservations are non-transferable.
